Submission Rules
1.Photo Gallery is open to everyone.

2.Photos can be submitted in any or all of the following categories: •Cruise •Destination •Scenic

3.Images must be your original work. Along with your photo(s), include a description and a note stating, "The work I am submitting is my original work and does not infringe upon any copyrighted material." This note must be signed.

4.You can submit in any format (prints, negatives, slides). All film must be developed. Digital images accepted.

5.We reserve the right to accept and reject photos at our discretion with no recourse.

6.Photos should inform or entertain other viewers.

7.All work submitted may be published online with no enumeration to you, the photographer, and no liability upon Carlson Wagonlit Travel to protect your work or copyrights from others downloading and copying your images.

8.All photos and images published shall bear the byline of the photographer. Please DO NOT submit copyrighted material if it is not yours and DO NOT submit any of your copyrighted material if you are concerned about people copying your images.

9.All images will remain with Carlson Wagonlit Travel for publication at a later date should Carlson Wagonlit Travel decide to use any image in its publications. If you want to have your images returned, please include sufficient postage and shipping material to return the images to you.

The Carlson Wagonlit Travel photo gallery is "public domain". That means you can use these pictures however you would like. Company news letters, personal web pages, whatever! That right. So click and save!
